As a custom home builder, we have a greater responsibility for land stewardship and responsible design. We not only consider the home and building design, we also focus on responsible land development and heritage preservation. Graystone is a sustainable design-build firm and every home that we construct considers the impacts to our environment and promotes balance between building and the natural setting.

We are a member of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and we are currently constructing the first LEED Certified Home in Southern Maine. With pre-planning and knowledge of Green building technologies, affordable sustainable building practices are inherent to every home that we build regardless of size or budget.
